Me
Hi, I'm Kavea. I don't get flustered.
That's what 30 years of work gives you. I grew up in Dubai, I've lived in Mumbai for the last 16 years, and I've worked across 9 countries in between.
Since moving to India I've learnt to work with people from every walk of life, every language and every mindset. Founders included.

The range, in numbers
Different regions, different people, same business truths.
Outside the calls
3 kids, a lot of books, and notes written by hand.
I have 3 kids, twins among them. Some mornings are school runs. Some mornings I'm sending food for 45 children to school. Then client calls, back to back.

What 30 years gave me
Sometimes postponing a call is wisdom at play.
Clients sometimes ask me, why is my call not happening as per the schedule? Fair question. But that one call I postpone usually means you have some work to do. And I need time for deep research.
Gathering information is not competitor analysis. Sometimes it's just that one insight, and you're so close to cracking the right thing.
How a clarity call works
I do my homework before we ever speak.
You have no choice but to trust me on this. The more honest you are on paper, the more useful the hour is.
- A short form
7 to 8 questions, so I know who you are and where the business stands.
- 30 questions
A questionnaire that takes an hour to an hour and a half. And that too, brutally honest.
- 3 days, minimum
I sit with your answers and study them before the call.
- The call
I tell you what I see. No lies, no mincing words.
Things I keep telling founders
I say these on Instagram. I say them on calls too.
What shows up on camera is what shows up otherwise.
- Your P&L lives in your hands.Hire the best marketer, the sharpest creative. The moment you outsource your P&L, you don't own your business anymore.
- You don't become the boss. You become a servant to your customers, your team, your vendors, the packaging guy. Everybody.
- Learn to sell, shamelessly. If you can't sell what you make, how do you think Meta will?
- Every platform has one job.Like an Indian wedding: one family member welcomes the guests, one entertains them. Nobody does everything.
